Apple Juice Concentrate is a versatile ingredient derived from ripened apples, characterized by its neutral color and flavor. Produced under rigorous sanitary conditions, the products meets food production standards and traceability requirements while fully complying with all relevant laws and regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Appearance
Apple Juice Concentrate:
Homogen, free from browning, and foreign particles

- Apple Juice Concentrate: Best stored at a maximum temperature of 10°C for up to 18 months.
- Apple Puree: Maintains quality for 18 months under normal storage conditions.
Packaging
Packaged in HDPE bags placed inside food-grade lacquered metal drums. Tamper-evident seals are applied to the exterior of the drums to ensure product integrity.Labeling
Each drum is labeled with essential information, including batch number, drum number, gross and net weight, production and expiry dates, storage conditions, Brix level, and acidity.
