Our offer of diced tomatoes are made from fresh, healthy, and ripe Italian tomatoes, free from GMOs. They are thoroughly washed, peeled, and sliced, with the addition of tomato juice. The product undergoes an aseptic filling process to ensure quality and freshness.

Available with or without the addition of calcium chloride.

Intended Use:This product is designed for the food industry and can be used as-is or in the preparation of sauces, dressings, or red-based appetizers.

Tomatoes are washed, sorted, and processed in the following ways: steam peeled, cut into regular pieces (diced), and drained for seed removal, chopped, and hot break juice extraction, evaporated
The final product (diced plus juice) is termally treated and aseptically filled and chilled.
